1. Scope
This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you visit the asistanim.ai marketing site and its industry subdomains (for example saglik.asistanim.ai). asistanim.ai is a brand operated by Fonify. Product usage and account actions happen on fonify.co, which has its own privacy policy.
2. Data we process
When you submit a contact or demo form we process the name, email, phone, and message you provide. With your consent we also process anonymous usage and device data (page views, approximate location, browser type). We do not collect advertising or marketing-personalization data.
3. How we use it
We use data to respond to your request, fulfil demo and contact requests, measure service quality, and improve the site. Form data is used only to contact you and handle your request.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous measurement. Analytics storage is governed by your choice in the consent banner shown after you scroll past part of the page; advertising cookies are always disabled. You can change your choice in your browser at any time.
5. Third parties
Our infrastructure and service providers include Vercel for hosting, Google for analytics, Resend for email, and Fonify for product and CRM. These providers process data only on our behalf and for the purposes in this policy. Some providers operate servers abroad (for example in the United States).
6. Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as the processing purpose requires and as long as applicable law mandates, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
