1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed
Identity and contact data (name, email, phone), the content of your request, and, where you consent, anonymous usage and transaction-security data (page interactions, approximate location, browser information).
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to fulfil contact and demo requests, to communicate with you, to present and improve our services, to meet legal obligations, and to ensure information security.
4. Legal grounds
Processing relies on the legal grounds in KVKK art. 5: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and, where required, your explicit consent. Analytics cookies are processed only with your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred to authorized partners and to our hosting, analytics, and email providers (for example Vercel, Google, Resend) to deliver the service. Because some providers operate servers abroad, transfers outside Turkey may occur under appropriate safeguards.
6. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected through website forms, cookies, and electronic communication channels, via automated and partly automated methods.
7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; to object to outcomes against you that result solely from automated analysis; and to seek compensation for damages.
8. How to apply
You can submit requests under KVKK art. 11 to iletisim@fonify.co. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
